The era of data is already here, and we have all seen the major impact that data has had on many industries and countries. Data is transforming business models, strategies and entire organizations, but not everything is as easy as it looks. Data comes with many incorporated processes, challenges, and of course it’s creating new job roles every day.

On this course, we’ll focus majorly on two main topics: data analytics and data science. We’ll clarify the difference between the two notions, the processes involved, data frameworks, integrity and ethics and we will showcase real UAE-based data analytics and data science projects, from the top tier big-tech organizations worldwide, to give you an overview of how data is impacting operations and business processes. We’ll not only discuss different data technologies available for implementation, but we’ll also explore what it takes to change the mindset of the workforce and encourage organizations to become data-driven, so they can make better informed decisions and reap the benefits that the era of data has to offer.
